The battery on the phone failed and the phone would not power on. eTech installed a new batter, a new screen, and repaired the speaker component for the phone. eTech made all the repairs within a few hours and for less than $100! "Ordered a Digitizer with frame for my Samsung note 9. It looked great on arrival, but after installing we realized that the volume buttons did not work. I had to replace the volume buttons with the old ones from the damaged frame. Then we realized that the S Pen would not stay in the frame when pushed in. E Tech recommended that i send the part back to them and wait 5-7 business days for their team to determine if the part was defective. Not possible since i use my phone daily. I asked if they could send me a new one and give me return window where if i didn't return the broken part, they would charge me. They said not possible. I could order a new one and hopefully they would refund me when i sent the old one back. They then offered me a $5 partial refund for the volume buttons. Excuse me? $5 for an integral part of the phone? Pretty disrespectful offer. In the end, there was no chance of me getting a quality part, even though they state their parts are backed by a "lifetime guarantee", i would stay away from this place if you are going to buy online. It seems like their physical store if better, but from reviews it sounds like online is a different story. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 due to the screen working when my previous one was smashed. At least one part of the part worked..."

"Terrible company, garbage parts, scammers, and according to the can-Spam act they must have an unsubscribe button in their emails, which they don’t so they can continue spamming you. Will be reporting which they’re liable up to 43k per email they sent without it."

I ordered a screen from them, but when i received it... it was missing parts, i returned it back to them and they rejected it and said it was not thier screen.... BS.
