"Took my phone in due to a "Camera Failed" issue. I paid $150 for the diagnosis and camera replacements, only to find out later the camera wasn't the issue. The issue was apparently in the motherboard, meaning I need a new phone. Money is tight and I've been struggling, but I use my phone for work so I had to try getting it fixed. I wish they would've done more to find the real issue before I spent so much money on things I didn't need to. I spent $50 on a diagnosis (which didn't find the issue, so a poor diagnosis) then $100 on camera replacements that didn't need to be replaced. I have some sympathy, because the issue may have been difficult to detect. That's why I'm giving 3 stars, not 2 stars."

"I had heard good things about this place through my mother who got her phone screen fixed here, so when I read that they also worked on laptops I was happy. I decided to bring them my ACER TravelMate B3 (a 2 in 1 touch screen) with a broken screen and a replacement. About one day goes by they notify me that I got the wrong screen and they need to order a different screen, that’s fine. Then the manager calls me at the end of the week and requested I bring up my charger to confirm the repair, that’s fine my sister has to pick it up out of my car from work and bring it to them. The weekend goes by I talk with them Monday and hear that they haven’t even installed the screen yet. I am getting a little upset by this point but I am still patient. I come in on Tuesday and the manager of the establishment comes out and says that he installed the screen and I brought him and it shorted out something in the previous computer and come out of the back trying to give me a same model computer without the touch screen and it also doesn’t have the flip functionality. I had just finished paying after I figured this out, and he just said no refunds after I requested for him to just keep the computer and I would buy another one. He adamantly said it is not a different computer and once he double checked with my travelmate he doesn’t say an apology of any sort and just offered to buy me a new laptop and to pick it up in one week in return with the one he gave me. Overall very frustrating to deal with the front desk lady I dealt with at the beginning assured me it would not cost more than $150 even if they did add to my screen and I ended up spending 165. I guess just bring your cellphone here. Overall very disappointed."
