The owner was very knowledgeable about transmissions and determined my problem in less than a minute. He said it was a minor fix so he went ahead and took my truck into the shop and had me repaired and back on the road in a short time for a very reasonable price. He could have told me anything and charged me whatever and I would have been none the wiser.
