"I gave the service department numerous chances and lots of patience. Do not come here for sunroof repair, they will not correct the issue at hand, (they are lazy and want your warranty to run out). In fact, they made the issue worse after forgetting a clip in my sunroof requiring me to return to the dealership to have it corrected. I never received an apology for their mistake, or lack of concern for my vehicle. The obvious creak in my roof remains, and the Hiley Acura Service department might be a lost cause. There seems to be zero experience, they’re all talk and NO action."
