"Do not get the back of your IPhone glass repaired here. And really from what we learned from this experience, dont repair your back glass at all. I feel like the repairman was out to make a fast dollar on us. On two separate occasions. My sons IPhone stopped working after getting the back glass repaired here. It suddenly was rebooting constantly, giving the black screen of death. The first time we went back, he told us we just needed to update our software. So we did. After that didn’t work, we called again and when I told him that our phone was still rebooting and shutting down after the initial back glass repair, and software update, he said we most likely needed a battery. So my son went in again. He charged my teenaged son for a battery, sent him on his way and the phone crashed as my son was driving home. I wish he would have kept my son there to see how the phone was working, with the new battery, rather than charging him more money and sending him on his way. Now we are out another $50 for a battery that we didn’t need and a phone that no longer works after getting the back glass repaired."

"Fast and they take you in without an appointment which is nice. Do NOT get the back of your phone replaced here, I brought mine in and the inner parts of my phone don't work, in fact, I had to get a new phone, they fried my SIM card and my phone heats up 5 times faster than it used to, the battery got even worse. My friend also brought her iPhone 14 for a back screen replacement and her front screen has a little black spot now."
