I've only experienced one hiccup with them during this time frame that was thankfully corrected despite my loss of temper. "I went to reads for an estimate on fixing my car from hitting a curb. They estimated 3,000 with a long list of things that were bent, broken, and needed to be replaced. Fortunately I always get second and third opinions. I went to another place who quoted me 900.00 and said all the things they were told to me that were broken and bent were not. They even showed me they were in good condition and that I only needed a strut with an alignment. Once that was fixed my car drove great and haven’t had any trouble with it. I understand everyone has to feed their family and everyone likes to make a dollar (I know I like to make money too) but this is a little ridiculous and dishonest. I’m very disappointed in reads and sad for people who do not get second and third opinions. If you don’t shop around people take advantage on the fact you don’t know a lot about cars and will take you to the cleaners."
