"Had an unpleasant encounter with their technician, Carlos, last Monday, and this influences my assessment. Initially, I hesitated to leave any review. However, five days after Carlos from S.W.A.T. Plumbing repaired our water heater, it stopped working again. Carlos seemed in a bad mood from the start, and while I considered it might be related to the commute or personal issues, his demeanor persisted throughout. He found it peculiar that I wasn't aware of what happened to the water heater. I explained that the warranty company sent a part, potentially containing the part that needed replacement based on our prior troubleshooting over the phone. Despite my response, he continued to take issue with me. Preferring to focus on more productive activities, such as washing the floor, I distanced myself from his arrogance and negativity. After completing the job, he knocked on the door, asked me to sign their electric form, and hastily departed. The service was quick, perhaps too quick, as the water heater malfunctioned again after a few days. I prayed for Carlos, and I will encourage others to do the same. A different homeowner with a negative attitude could have escalated this service call into a police issue."

"My insurance company used this same company and apparently they send out the same guy, I’m assuming it’s only one person works at this location (Fort Worth). I say that to say last year when this man came out not one complaint on how access my water heater he fixed the issue with no problem (Ruben), this time he comes out and because it needs to be replaced instead of him admitting that he doesn’t want to do the job or better yet due to his lack of ability to, he lies to my insurance company saying he can not access it. I had to submit proof that he could indeed access and he also was telling me I needed to take a cash out from my insurance to hire who I want to install cause honestly I believe due to his in capability to complete the job. Ruben was just a complete waist of my time. Had he just told the truth they could have assigned a different company but of course he doesn’t want to lose the service charge with the company and have it on record he in capable to do the job. He was a waist of unnecessary time who also went to different rooms in my house that I didn’t give permission to looking of an easier way to do the job. If I can give 0 stars I would unfortunately I had to hit at least one star to give my review. As long as Ruben doesn’t have to do any hard labor he is fine anything outside of that LAZY. I’m fine if he don’t want to complete the job due to his incapabilities, however tell the truth instead of taking up more of my time to prove the technician is lying. Please do your own research, which I should have done prior instead of trusting my insurance company. A lot of horrible reviews BBB."

"I opened a service request through my home warranty for a water heater issue. S.W.A.T. contacted me quickly and got me squeezed in the next day. The tech, Brandon, came and diagnosed the issue. He explained the issue and next steps. It needed a part. They reached out to me as soon as the part had arrived and Brandon came back on site and fixed the issue quickly and I had my hot water back!
