Having had extensive experience with credit repair and being well-versed in the process, courtesy of close relationships with friends who used to excel in this field, I can confidently say that my experience with RGV was nothing short of disappointing. Every aspect of their service felt like a facade. Communication was abysmal, leaving me in the dark about the progress, or lack thereof, with my case. Despite having relatively straightforward items for removal, RGV failed to make any significant impact on my credit report. In fact, the only alteration made was likely due to the passage of time rather than any proactive action on their part. Attempts to reach out to their office were met with silence; emails, calls, and texts went unanswered. It became a routine to pester them with multiple calls a day just to get a semblance of an update, which usually boiled down to the generic assurance that "letters have been sent out." To my dismay, it seemed that they had altogether stopped making efforts to rectify my credit issues, leaving me to initiate contact to uncover the truth behind their inaction. Scheduled follow-ups with Chad, their representative, were consistently ignored, further exemplifying their lack of commitment to their clients. And when I did manage to confront Chad about his blatant dishonesty, my request for a partial refund, which seemed only fair given the circumstances, was summarily denied. To anyone considering their services, I implore you to think twice. Instead of throwing your hard-earned money at RGV and Chad, I suggest redirecting those funds towards paying off your debts. Avoid wasting your time and resources on these unscrupulous individuals. Take heed of the numerous reviews detailing similar experiences of being duped by their deceitful practices."

"This company is a scam!!!! Chad the owner and all his employees are liars!!! Wasted 400.00 to get my credit fixed for 6 months and never provided updates on what was going on!!! I would call them and they always said they were busy and would call me back. Not once did they ever give me an update on my credit repair!!! This company is a scam!!! I will file a police report because based on other google reviews they have been doing this to other customers as well. This company needs to be shut down!!!"

"Do NOT waste your money with this company! I have them on voice recording with Chad and his staff. Making promises that once I buy their trade line account. I will 100% guarantee get approved for a mortgage. They even made the promise that it would be within 30 to 45 days. I didn't hear back until 4 months later, just for Chad to disrespect me. He was making excuses and saying it's my fault for having bad credit. I got 2 trade line accounts and still didn't see my score go up. I finally asked for proof showing all the deletions they supposedly did for the past almost 2 years. The only thing Stephanie sent was my credit reports I paid for. Chad if you're reading this, I want my refund like I asked or I will send all the proof to my lawyer."
