"Have been waiting for my switch over 2 months I returned it cause it had some damage and still haven’t received a call or email regarding my switch.I’ve visited my local Best Buy and they always tell me the manager will contact me it’s been over 2 months and still nothing I don’t know what to do anymore when I call the geek squad number they just bounce me around and end up telling me they can’t do anything to go to my local Best Buy but I’ve been there and I still can’t get an update on my device and yes I did have insurance."

"Thank you, I was saved by Geek Squad Rep. Received a sham email from a fake Geed Squad and almost acted on it for a charge that renewed my tech services of $400. I called to verify the charge and was told that it was still active and that their services were that amount. The fake email person called me and wanted to activate the new account. When I resisted and told him that my account was still active and the amount was not correct, he hung up."

"Be careful with these people. They’re a bunch of crooks. They gave me diagnostics on my iPhone earpiece, saying I needed a new one for $279 since it came with the screen after getting a second opinion. At a local repair shop paid $10.00. All it needed was a cleaning works fine now."

"We turned in my son's chromebook to get repaired on 6/23/2021. We got an update when it shipped out for repairs a day later and then again on the 29th. After that, we had no news or update on the chromebook. Well just yesterday, 7/18/2021, my husband got frustrated and went in person to get an update because every time we called, their operator said that location was not accepting phone calls (and that was the message we got when we called for 2 weeks). When he got there, they could not find our chromebook or even a work order number. We had all our receipts and everything saved (luckily). Finally, after about 2 hours, they refunded our chromebook because they never found it and didn't have that same model in stock. They had no idea when they would get another shipment. We finally just purchased the floor model at a discounted price since it was missing screw covers only (or at least that's what they told my husband.) When he brought it home, we realized, they didn't give him the stylus that is suppose to come with it. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER AND WORST ORGANIZED STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!"
