"Dog’s Day Out in Lewisville takes really good care of my dog, Nugget. They are always so professional and caring, and give me feedback on how Nugget is doing when I’m out of town. The facilities are clean with indoor and outdoor play areas for the dogs! Love that she has such caring people to look after her when I have to be away."
"My pup Teddy loves this place!! He is always ready to go play and I am comfortable dropping him off for the day. He has so much energy to burn and day camp allows him to do it in a safe environment and socialize as well. You can tell the staff love dogs and take great care of their 4-legged clients. :)"
"Our two pups (Boston Terrier and Pointer Mix) love this place! They have been boarded for multiple nights, gone to day camp, and been groomed here. All of our visits have been great and we feel comfortable leaving them in good, caring hands."
"My two Goldens have stayed at Dog’s Day Out a few times over the last ten years. It is my backup place for my main place when they’re full. Every time I bring my dogs here, I tell myself I will not do it again. Then a few years goes by, and I forget, so I do it again. I have decided my dogs will absolutely not go here again. There are many reasons for this and each person has to decide for themselves. I just feel a lot of red flags every time I drop them off and pick them up. It’s hard to name one reason, but I do not feel comfortable leaving my dogs here any longer. The reason I love my main place is because they love dogs SO much and it’s so evident. When I call or interact with someone here, I feel like an inconvenience and they will barely even look up from the computer or say two words to me. I don’t need a ton of attention, but it’s just one of those things that my main place does really well to help us feel comfortable. I feel bad for the staff here because they are probably understaffed and overworked, but there was dog pee in three areas of the lobby that was not cleaned or addressed. My older dog has knee issues and doesn’t like walking on certain floors, and I could tell that she felt super uncomfortable on the floors here and I felt bad that she had been there for two nights. My dogs came back wet and disgusting even though it was not hot enough for them to have a pool out, and they also had not had a bath. So I’m guessing it was just dog sweat and pee, I assume. Again, it’s hard to name one reason, and each person has to decide for themselves and their family, but I will not be able to bring my dog’s here again."
