"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband went in on February 17 with a simple battery replacement issue. Nothing was wrong with the phone prior to dropping it off. They changed the battery out for him, and not even an hour of him having the phone the phone would not stay on. He takes it back in so they can swap the battery. And same issue, the phone will not stay on. They left him without a phone and will not refund him over $100 for the service they offered. Husband spoke to the manager and employees are giving him the run around. Saying the refund is "complicated" and the manager ghosted him and has yet to call him back. He has already gone to the store on 3 separate occasions to resolve this issue, with no resolution. Don't waste your time with this place. Poor customer service, waste of money."
"Terrible experience, in the end I had to buy a brand new phone due to the iPhone I took not working after they did a change of battery. I took my iPhone in a few days ago to get a battery replacement as the one I had was dying too fast, frank the technician took about 30-45 minutes which was pretty fast, cost me about $113. I get home and about 1-2 hours later my phone starts turning off and rebooting every 3-5 minutes. Frustrating because I need my phone for work but i take it the next day to them and they say they are going to run diagnostics, frank says he believes it’s the battery and says he will order a replacement battery which will take a few days. At this point I have to have a phone for work and end up buying one at t mobile across the street. Fast forward to Wednesday and I leave the phone there at about 11:30am and I call them at around 5 to see the status. Frank tells me the phone is still rebooting on its own even with a new battery and a factory reset and they will have to do a refund on the $113. I am out a phone at this point but okay. I show up and frank is gone for the day. The manager tells me the refund is complicated since it’s through Apple? But I didn’t go to Apple I came to you guys? The manager(Pablo I believe) tells me he ll call me tomorrow to try and do the refund because he doesn’t know how to do it. The next day no one calls and I call the store midday and the employee says oh yeah I think we found a way to refund you and I ll have my manager call you, no one called me all day… I felt they were giving me the run around so I stopped trying. I am out an iPhone 12 Pro Max, $113 as well for the labor I paid. I trusted this company and lost out big time. They won’t replace your phone if they mess it up, do yourself a favor and head to Apple or a big name brand to avoid the headaches!"
"The price was great. The had my iPad up and running within the hour. I would definitely recommend them if your phone, tablets, or Nintendo Switch needs to be fixed. They are very friendly and professional. Only repair store open on Sundays"
