"I called him and he came but he said there was not enough room for him to work on the washer and dryer in the garage. I told him that I would move the stored Christmas decorations and other boxes out for the following Saturday. I am a 67 year old widow, and I cleared the area, but when I called him (10 + times), he would not answer or call me back even though I left voice messages. I had someone else call him, and he returned his call within an hour. I then took the phone from my friend and he said to call him Monday. Again he did not answer. He is very rude and unprofessional. He should have the decency to deny the job instead of me waiting and waiting weeks for my dryer to be repaired. Norma Cruz, Donna, TX"
