"Beware of Trevino Appliance in Weslaco, TX. We bought a new refrigerator and an extended warranty. Now, they say they won't honor the extended warranty. Our complaints are; two different times they made an appointment to come to our home and they didn't come or call to make different arrangements. When Oscar, the technician, did come he did no work. He said he only delivers and picks up appliances. They refuse to give our money back on the extended warranty... VERY POOR SERVICE.... Only one star from us and we plan to warn lots of people of the bad experience that has happened to us."
