"My mom took her truck to get checked because over the phone the guy she spoke with said they might know what is causing the problem they said it should not take more that about 2 hours to check and let her know the mechanic was awesome my mother loved Mark. She left it there Friday it is now Monday and nothing. Keep in mind she got worried so she called twice only to make sure everything was fine and if there was an update apparently calling twice was too much for them and too distracting as the woman who answered the phone stated to my mother. Still have not received a call for information even though I was told they would call me by today. If I could give 0 stars I would only because of that woman."
