"I’m actually writing this review a couple years late but I want to say that in 2021 when we had the freeze I lost one of my guinea pigs Mars the night after we finally got power back. I woke up in the middle of the night and something just felt “off” and when I checked on my boys Mars and Jupiter, Mars was gone. I broke down and cried for hours, then for months afterwards but in the middle of that I managed to find Fond Memories. When I went to drop Mars off to them covid was still big so they had to come to my car and I was a mess, I’d wrapped Mars up and put him in a picture box which took me a few tries to hand over to the man who was very nice and understanding as I was crying uncontrollably. When I finally did manage to hand Mars over he assured me that they would take great care of him and they did. They really did. I got a really nice wooded box with his ashes inside and it has a plaque with his name and they gave me a little bag with some of his fur and a little mold with his paw impressions in it. I’m just really grateful for how well they cared for him and how kind they were."

"Losing our sweet Oliver, after 16yrs, has been one of the hardest losses. Fond Memories is the only group I would want to work with for such a difficult thing. They go above and beyond to make sure that your loved one is tracked the whole time. Everything from the paperwork, to the beautiful clay paw print and urn is labeled with his name to be sure our baby is with us. This was very important to me. We opted to have the viewing & private cremation. Everyone was so compassionate on-site & gentle with our needs. We were able to take the time we needed and say goodbye comfortably. I’m so grateful to have found this group and only wish I found them for our other fur babies."
