"I came here twice, the first time the groomer did a great job with my double coat dog and I was not too pleased with my other little one as they didn't listen to my request. I tried requesting the first person who did my double coat dog since the second one did a decent job but it felt as if they kept making excuses to not book me with her even though she was seen available online. The feeling of being misled is what made me stop coming here and for my review"

"I've been stopping by here for the past year or so to get my dog's nails trimmed, when I travel, and I've always had a great experience. I stopped by recently and something seemed really off. I didn't get the same sunny greeting that I normally get and the place just seemed kind of grimy, like it wasn't being taken care of well anymore. Groomer did a wonderful job on the nails but it seemed like the morale of the entire establishment was in the dumps. Not sure what has changed here, but I hope that it was just an off day."
"After going somewhere else for awhile and not being very impressed I finally decided to try Mudd Puppies on Riverside after a friend recommended it and I am so happy I did! I took my 2 year old golden there and she got the best hair cut and bath ever! I didn’t know a good cut until after she went there. Nice staff too! Will be back :)"
