"We just finished boarding our two cats here. My main complaint is that the pictures online of their cat rooms are a tad misleading. They seemed big enough for the cats to stretch out and play, but we saw the room when we picked them up and it was much smaller than I thought, like the size of a closet, just a couple feet in each direction. It’s really nice that they have rooms with windows at all instead of being in a kennel, but it’s not quite as plush as it looked. The litter box had a fairly thin layer of wood pellets, which is a litter system my cats have never used before, so I kind of wish they had mentioned that at some point but it’s also my fault for not asking. I also wish they had some kind of a system for leaving notes or giving updates. They said I could text them if I wanted pictures or to check in but when I did text to check in I didn’t hear back from them and ended up calling to check like 2 or 3 hours later. They never proactively sent me any updates either, though they never claimed they would. I would have really liked it if they had a system to let me know if/when they used the toy I left with them to play with the cats or when they gave my cat his medicine. Every time I did call, though, they did pick up promptly and were happy to go check on them for me. It’s really not bad for the price, and they were able to get us in last minute no problem. They also administered eye drops for my kitty every day with no extra cost. It’s not a kitty paradise but it’s totally fine and better accommodations than boarding them at the vet."

"Upper Paw is the BEST! They love my dog as I do. They have engaging activities for the dogs. Summer always comes home happy, healthy, and ready for a long nap. "

"They love on my baby just as generously as I do! She loves upper paw dog daycare. She's a senior and they let her sit on laps and get pets and cuddles and go at her own pace. They care about the details of her preferences as much as I do! It's the type of place I've always wanted her to have. She's not just a visitor, they care for her like family. She's so calm when I pick her up, and it's not just from all the playing she does! Even when boarding they took extra care to make sure she was comfortable and happy. I'm so glad we found them!!!"

"We’ve boarding our doodle Chewie here multiple times and he loves each and every stay. The webcams in each room and also the play area greatly relieve the anxiety of wondering how your dog is doing. All the staff is great and truly love animals. Chewie is always so excited to see them."
