I needed a new battery for my car and being in a tough spot needed the best deal and quality. Kendrick went over my options and explained everything to me, when he saw a possible issue he came and explained it, he got his manager when he needed to be sure he could correctly help me with no future issues due to my car needing a special battery. "The location on 82nd and Milwaukee is the worst. There was two gentlemen there today when I came in at 5:20 very rude very disrespectful acted as if I was a bother just coming into the store, finally a gentleman named Antqwon helped me and was WONDERFUL. If I was you just go to the University location or only work with Antqwon the others are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!"
"Battery Joe has earned a loyal customer in me for the foreseeable future. I was leaving work any my battery would turn, so I had to have it jumped and immediately started calling places in town all of which were open and would be open for the next hour. The first two places I called said they couldn't install it but could sell me one, well it was raining so that wasn't going to work. So I called the 82nd st location and they said absolutely we can fit you in as soon as you can get here. I pulled up and they promptly asked what they could help me with, and they actually already had my battery ready because I had called ahead! It was a smooth process and I had the please of having Mitchell change my battery. We talked about school and life and he was a true pleasure in helping calm me down from my stressful situation. Thank you Battery Joe on 82nd St! I will be back."
