"I went in for a flat repair. Using the machine the split my tire. It’s so obvious to tell because of the marks where the bead breaker was and the actual cuts in the sidewall. They acted like it was there before I got there. Total lie. I can deal with an excuse of the tire being old or something as to why it split, but they bold faced lied. If they lie about this they will lie about a whole lot more. It was a Sunday where they could have gained a customer, instead they confirmed why I quit going to them long ago."
"The TPMS sensors were changed at another location and have not been functional, except for a few times in the past year. The other place tooks several tries to get the system up and running, but with-out success. I made the appointment at Firestone, expecting a long wait and possible new sensors to be installed as part of the fix, instead I hardly had time to get my reading material out for the wait when then called my name and the work was done and has been operational since then. I was very happy with the results. All of the work done at this location has been satisfactory and I continue to return them, as a result."
"Text for an appointment on Thursday. Received a call and was asked to reschedule. No problem. Sat at 11 am. Arrived on time. It would be several hour we wait. Cost for my oil change 129.00. I can go to a competitor and get an oil change for 85.00. Will not be back. Unreal."
