"I scheduled an oil change for 10 AM, but by 10:40 they still had not moved my car in to begin work. I was told it would be at least another 20 minutes before they could get started. They are very understaffed and unfortunately the website continues to allow you to set up appointments and isn’t connected to what is happening at the auto care center for each location. Needless to say I never got my oil change."

"Rolled up to this location with a flat, riding on the rim mind you, at 6:25pm. Walked in and was told flat out they were not taking anymore cars due to them closing at 7:00pm. Taken aback, I explained I had a flat and was just dismissed. Asked if I could leave it in the parking lot seeing how it's flat. The attendant was quick to point out they wouldn't call to tow it for a good three (3) to five (5) days. Won't be using this location at all.. ever."

"I called ahead and asked how long an oil change would take. They told me it would take around 25 minutes. I decided I had enough time to get an oil change before going to work today. It's been almost an hour now and I'm still waiting for them to finish. After looking out the window I can sometimes see them just standing there. At other times they're nowhere to be seen."

"Came in to get my battery replaced after the last one gave out while still under warranty. After 2 hours of waiting the staff informed me that my battery serial number on the top of the battery couldn’t be read and the warranty was void. When I asked why they didn’t see that at the beginning the employee got very hostile and told me I just had to pay for a new battery. Also watched the employees treat 2 other customers rudely and make jokes at their expense after the customer’s had left. Save your time and money and have your services done elsewhere."

I've watched your crew be overly polite to caucasians, yet show indifference & total disregard for me on a consistent basis. So I know these pictures don't mean anything to you! By the way, would the road hazard "discount" you gave me have covered this!?! --- AND, THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME TO PURCHASE THE JACK...AS YOU CAN SEE I NEEDED TWO!!!"
