"They're very short staffed. Decent customer service if you're able to be seen. Scheduled an appointment in store with an associate for the next day, she said it would be at 7am. The next morning I arrived at 7 and they were still closed, I waited a bit and by 7:30 I decided to just go in the store and track down a manager. The manager was very kind, explained that that they're short staffed and helped me find another store that could fix my tire. I went to the Walmart on 82nd & Milwaukee and was seen instantly. If you're not in a rush to get your car seen, this store isn't a terrible option."
