Becker Pet Cremations

"My review is based on whoever they use for cremations. My dog’s paw print didn’t even look like her original paw. I had an image of it which I got myself before dropping her off and the one I received from them didn’t look the same. Made me question them a bit, but maybe they tried to fix it or just pressed too hard to try to get it in mold. Sad thing was that there was no way to get it fixed because my little girl is already gone. Would have loved to be able to have that as memory, but doesn’t seem like it’s part of her"

"My cat passed suddenly on Christmas Eve. Heard from Becker through relatives that used the cremation services when their dogs passed. Very thankful they were available on the holiday and the process was easy. However, very disappointed in the HUMANS I interacted with. Not one person acknowledged my loss and provided condolences or any empathy. Would have paid more to go somewhere else for better interaction/service."

"From the moment I called to inquire about cremation for my African Grey (Kylo Ren) I was treated with such gentleness. I knew nothing about the process and I was told that whenever I was ready I could take him to be dropped off. There was no rush when I left my sweet bird and they called me when his ashes were ready and said take my time whenever I was ready I could pick them up. It took me a couple weeks because I knew this was the final realization my Kylo was truly gone.I arrived and was greeted and his ashes were gently placed in my hands. The reception then acknowledged my loss and provided her condolences. I was given a card from the hospital and staff the ashes were placed in a beautiful bag with his urn. Thank you Becker for taking care of my sweet Kylo Ren."

"I came to this pet hospital on recommendation from a family member, in order to put down my old dog. The hospital itself was good, nurses and the doctor were all kind and attentive, and took good care of my old girl in her final moments. The cremation service however, was frustrating, pricey, and the quality doesn't justify the cost. Took 2 weeks to get the ashes, certificate, name tag, and paw print, but they misspelled my dog's name on every item. As i understood, it was correct in the system, according to a nurse I spoke with, but somewhere along the way someone messed up and it took 2 more weeks to get that revised. In that time, I was not getting updated unless I called in, and each time I had to re-explain the issue. I'm very frustrated with this experience especially given the price and handling of the error, and I hope no one else has to deal with this after losing their loved fur babies."
