"I’d give it 5 across the board but the evening crew sucks. Food good, fairly fast, but if you order on the app be prepared to wait for the entire line to get cleared out before they acknowledge you. If you don’t go at or after 5 pm, it’s probably the best Whataburger in San Antonio. Breakfast and lunch you’re good. They don’t take their surveys seriously either, only reason I’m posting here so the people know!"

"Ordered double bacon cheese burger with Monterrey Jack instead of American. The receipt even says sub Monterey Jack cheese. I hate American cheese. It makes me sick. The American cheese was melted in the middle of the 2 patties into the meat. Can't even take it off the meat. Wasted $8 and now I'm hangry."

"Placed on online order on the mobile app. They don't allow drive thru pick-up at this location, so you have to do curbside or go in. I arrived at curbside and checked in. My order came out shortly. I checked my order as the location has a tendency to forget items in your order. Everything was good. I arrived home and took everything out of the bag. The Patty Melt was good. The fries were cooked very well and the onion rings were nice and crispy. Other than the occasional screw ups, this is a decent location."

"Took a while for someone to get to the counter and take our order. Was odd because it wasn’t busy inside. We were the only ones in line as well. Chicken sandwich came thrown together. I had to open it up and piece it back together. Restaurant was over all clean and quiet which was nice. Could do a better job cleaning the chairs at the tables."

"I was so excited about this new location opening because I figured it HAD to be better than the one by 1604. Wrong. Order is always wrong, items missing, long waits, etc. No gravy with chicken strips meal, no fruit chews with the kids meals. In the mornings, sausage sandwiches instead of bacon as listed on the receipt. The worst part is they deliver the wrong order curbside so then you have to go inside to get it fixed anyway, completely defeats the purpose."
