"This pharmacy has been good in the past, but based on the other reviews, they're very hot and cold. Last week, I was told they "don't accept goodrx because they don't get reimbursed." Walgreens signed on to accept goodrx, and they don't reimburse, it's a negotiated price reduction. Still refused to take it, Goodrx customer support even called them and were hung up on. Today, I've spent nearly an hour on hold. In that time, one person spoke to me. I just wanted to make sure they had the right insurance and that I wouldn't be paying $300 for my prescriptions. Put me on hold after saying I wanted to check that they had the right insurance. Spent another 5 or so minutes on hold before it started to ring. And ring. And ring. Until I was disconnected. I've now called back and have yet to get a human. I understand that it can be busy, especially on a Sunday. But just tell people you don't have the staff for the phones right now, don't waste our time."

"They use to be helpful . Every time I call after 10 pm, I am on hold for 10 minutes with no assistance. Then the phone automatically disconnects!! Is this how Walgreens helps its customers??"

"I work for a Dr. Needed to call in a new prescription. Called at 11am on a Wed, phone lines said they were closed and to leave a message with full details of prescription. I left full detail message with call back# of the office. It was never received per our client. So call back today to ask was there phone line problems yesterday because left a prescription. Girl asks my name and starts to look up a prescription and I am not the patient! Told her no it is a new script. She puts me through to pharmacist which call never gets there. The call circulates on hold for 9 min or more! Finally hung up. Told client would they mind if I call it in to jewel-osco just down the street. Told the client the problem with getting it done at Walgreens. How terrible. Not that it matters but snapped pic of 9.37 min call before I hung up."
