"I waited at Osco for my pre-cruise COVID antigen test results for travel. It's been an hour since I arrived and I am the only one. The floor of the little "clinic" room was littered with debris from an overflowing garbage can. I had made an appointment online 2 days ago, when I arrived I was told that they don't do COVID tests, I had to show my confirmation email to them before they looked for me in the system. After another 30 minute wait, I was told that the test was defective and could not be repeated because all their test kits were expired. An hour and a half wasted, what a joke."

"Everytime I shop (about once a week), they’ve have either discontinued selling what I’ve purchased for years or are just out of stock. Cream cheese….really? Two weeks in a row with empty shelves when everywhere else has in stock and the shelves are filled. Will be shopping elsewhere. Dislike going to two different supermarkets to get what I need. Will find somewhere that has EVERYTHING."

"I went here for my first dose of covid vaccine (Pfizer) that I had scheduled online and filled out all the forms/medical questions online. It was very simple, it gives you all the info on each vaccine that you can print out just to have. I told them I was there for a schedule covid vaccine, I sat and waited about 30 mins and then someone came out to give me the shot. They ask that you stick around(in the store) for 10-15 mins after the vaccine. Its been about 2 weeks since my first dose and I feel fine, haven't had any side effects so far. Only thing is my arm was sore for the first 2 days. Staff was very polite and answered all the questions I had concerning the vaccine."

"I have always been treated fair at this Pharmacy.People that complain about wait time are just so much more important than the other people that come after them I guess. This is a very busy Pharmacy, so they must be doing something right. If you don’t like the wait times don’t go there. The Pharmacy Staff are friendly and do their best. I highly recommend this Osco Pharmacy."
