"I am a truck driver could not get into the lobby at 8:15 am could not get anyone to the window. When I called I was told lobby doesn’t open tell 9am it was cold out. Where is also a sign on the drive through wind o that says no walk up service. You are doing a good job"

"Never ordering taco bell again. I ordered over 50.00 worth of food for several people and it was all shoved in one bag all the way to the top so it would have been hard to check cause everything would have needed taken out. The order was messed up and when I called they were wanting me to drive back to get the food and I live 33 miles away. They didn't offer to take my name and give me something later. I had to go to Effingham for another reason so picked up Taco Bell while there. Taco Bell where I live, the shells taste like burnt plastic."

"i’ve really tried giving them chance after chance but they fail every time. ordered food three separate times. first time was mediocre, second time i got the new fries and i had like maybe five fries no cheese and it didn’t come with steak like i ordered, this third time i was missing cheese and extra sauce for my power bowl and was missing steak from my burrito that clearly says steak on the receipt. what? we can’t afford to give customers steak anymore? completely over this place. do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else."

"I eat at TB a lot across the Midwest (traveling salesman) and this was the BEST TB I've been to in a long time. Food was GREAT - I'm always adding rice to my tacos from now on! Building was clean and people were VERY friendly and helpful."

"My previous review was a positive one. But today I ordered a number 6 with no tomato. I asked for nacho cheese on my chalupas. They were disapointing to say the least. There was barely any chicken in these, honestly they were barely filled at all. This is the only bad experience I have had from this location. The only reason I didn't bring the food back is because I live 20 minutes out of Effingham."
