Monical's Pizza of Gilman

"First time eating here. I will go back but I hope they have their act together a lot better. Very large table come in and sit down directly after I got there they already had their pizzas ready waiting to go and putting them on the table as for me and the other six customers that come in before them we were put on the back burner. I understand they make a big tip off of them but I still have my waitress $8 and I had to put up with the worst service that I could have asked for for the first time. Food was really good though that is the only reason I would go back. As far as the manager goes she did not address the issue she did not even want to talk about it when I brought it up at the cash register poor management is what is going to ruin today's society."

"I was in town visiting family. We ordered Monicals for pick up. We ordered 1 medium, 1 large pizza and an order of wings. The total was $76 and change! We go there (Wednesday evening, 2 cars in parking lot) to pick up and there's 7 people (that I counted) and 4 of them are standing around doing nothing. That's why our food cost us so much! Never going back. I don't have a business degree, but I'll bet next time I see that place, it'll be shut down."

"Easy access from the Pilot truck stop. I got a thin crust cheese pizza with onions, ground beef and jalapeños, the pizza was not bad but not good. The crust was way too crispy."

"We recently moved to the area and ordered from here after everyone said they were the best around. I ordered this pizza with extra cheese and multiple toppings costing $27. I don't mind the price but I do mind how burnt it was and the lack of cheese I paid $3 extra for. Hoping it was just a one time thing."
