"Associate Nermean is anything but customer friendly. Condescending, self centered and not understanding. Example accused me of yelling to lower my voice but I have hearing loss from working 30 years in the railroad. I refuse to frequent their establishment if they’re not helping me. I could only imagine how she treats the elderly, but thank god I will not have to find out. So if you want your blood pressure raised pay the cvs on 3200 Caton Farm road a visit ask for Nermean and tell her Joey sent ya ;)"
