"Terrible place I dropped off a prescription for a back brace last Monday and they said they were going to call me the following day they just had to reach out to my insurance to make sure it was covered and here it is a whole week later I've called twice and they still haven't found out anything or let me know any information"
"They delivered my supplies 2 days late and they delivered the wrong size I've been calling for 6 days now and they tell me they are going to deliver correct size. I'm still waiting for these people to even correct. I do not recommend this place to use for home supplies"
"Went to buy universal wheels for my 91yr old neighbor. They had two boxes both marked at 11 .71. Went to register with one guy tells me its 20.96. I said box says 11.71 he says well that's an old sticker. They absolutely refused to honor the price even after I showed a second guy both boxes. They were rude and I don't recommend anyone spend even a penny!!!!"
"Did not recieve any help in putting on a Cam boot with a foot fracture and was told "the instructions are easy" by a pharmacy team member. Will never return and will request my dr to send referrals anywhere else."
