"I was just there walked up to the Pharmacy to my surprise they had clairitin D. I was rudely told we're closed! Oh, what time do you close? 7 o'clock, so I look at my phone it just turned 7. Really? In the passed several months they haven't even had it in stock... Last year they wouldn't sell it to me saying the state won't let me because it was too soon between purchases. The states computer is messed up, blah blah... The fact was it was there computer and they were telling everyone that. I'd just go down the street and get it from Walgreens for a few dollars more. I don't know what the manager is thinking but if it were up to me they'd all be looking for a new job..."

"Came for a covid test and followed instructions. Parked and called the pharmacy. Someone picked up and directed me into the store although I explained I feel sick and there is a chance I have covid. When I told the pharmacist about this she rudely told me I must have called the store and not the pharmacy to which I confirmed I had called the correct number 3 times during store hours. She continued to argue that I must be in the wrong. Rude, careless, and thoughtless."

"The absolute worst Pharmacy you could ever imagine. The long and varied list of failures at this pharmacy is breathtaking. Some of the staff I would fire outright while others Are doing their best under clearly failing management and slapstick corporate policies. The only thing I can count on at this place is being consistently disappointed and usually just plain disgusted. The only thing that I can surmise that keeps them in business is there proximity to relatively low mobility demographics. Spare yourself and your family the persistent frustration and expense of dealing with this slipshod joint and go elsewhere. It's not worth it."

"Horrible!!! I had a prescription for 30 days and was supposed to take 1 pill twice a day, therefore quantity 60. The medication was also consider a narcotic and my insurance did not cover. It's was very costly. So I purchased 15 at a time and that would be enough for 10 days. On the 10th day I tried to buy another 10 day supply. The lady told me it was to early I had to wait 7 more days. I told her if I only bought a 10 day supply that why do I have to wait 17 days. She said to try back tomorrow. So I did and they me an even longer date, I explained they situation, and she said try back tomorrow. So by the 3rd day w/ out my medication I asked for a manager. They seen the dates didn't match up and that I still had 45 pills to be filled. The MANAGER told me I must have pick some up at another pharmacy or something and refused to give me my medication which prevents me from having seizures. I asked how do you just go to another pharmacy to fill a script you dropped off at a different pharmacy without transferring it and especially when it's considered a narcotic. You can clearly see I never did that because I only bought 15 and have 45 left to be filled. She told me it's not her problem and that is for me to figure out. On the 4th day without my medication I was deathly ill and had a seizure!!! So I finally got medicated at the hospital and ended up having to transfer my prescription. I had no problems at basingers pharmacy. I would NEVER refer anyone to go here. Horrible experience and employees have sorry attitudes."
