"This place was very well run before the pandemic. Now, they can not be trusted to process your oder in a timely manner. Waiting an hour for a prescription that had already been confirmed is not uncommon. It's not the individuals fault, just whoever runs the place is unconcerned with regular people."

"I am not sure why everyone seems to dislike this Walgreens. Everytime, I have been everyone has been kind and helpful. I have never had an issue with this location and no one on the staff has ever been rude and they are open during the listed store hours unlike some locations in Saint Louis. I come here at least once or twice a week."

"The pharmacy staff has been consistently amazing at this location. I am basically not well ever, so I’m here far more than one probably should be. That being said, I nearly always have a positive experience when visiting and have witnessed the folks behind the counter go well above and beyond standard service on numerous occasions. *edit: (05/2023) Well, it’s worth noting my initial review does not accurately reflect the state of this pharmacy presently. Though there are still a couple great techs and pharmacists here, there has been massive staff turnover and service has really suffered. Wait times have increased dramatically and the care and helpfulness of staff has seen a significant decline. Much of this team looks like they’re being worked into the ground, so I can’t say I blame any of them (maybe with the exception of one..). Corporate probably isn’t in the best shape (or certainly not making the best calls), as more than one of the neighboring pharmacies have shut down, in turn funneling many customers/patients to this location."
