"The workers here are very rude. I came into the store to pick up my prescription. The girl at the register would ignore my questions and did not look at me once. When she handed me my bag her body was completely turned away from me. She did not respond when I SAID “have a nice day.” I understand that everyone has bad days, but treating customers this way is not ok. Please be nicer to customers. I haven’t been having problems with rude workers until a couple of months ago."
"I’ve never had a problem with this store and its workers, or even the pharmacy. HOWEVER, I do have a problem with one of the “managers” there. She’s always there during the day, and she is incredibly snobby. I asked one of the workers up front for her name, and I’ve since learned her name is Jess. Every time I need help, she’s always around and she’s always useless. She looks at me as if I were stupid to even be asking a question, and then proceeds to roll her eyes at me. I’ve also seen the way she speaks to her employees. SUCH DISRESPECT! God bless the souls who have to deal with her on a daily basis. This “Jess” person needs to be handled immediately! Whoever the store manager is needs to pull his or her act together and teach her some manners because obviously she never learned any as a child. God knows how she managed to get promoted when she should have probably been FIRED. This store used to be much more pleasant when she wasn’t around. I’m only giving one star for the other workers there. If I could just rate her, I would give her a ZERO."
"Terrible customer service. They have one cashier in the front. (Sloth) Meanwhile, four other associates continue to stock the shelves and giggle. Went inside due to the long line in the drive-thru. Picked up a few extra items, then went to the pharmacy for pick up. Was told,"you can purchase your prescription here but the other items would need to be brought to (Sloth) up front." Please, someone from Walgreens (powers at be) make the much needed changes at this location. Everyone at this store could use a class in customer service. Good riddance!"
"I’ve frequented this Walgreens for many years. I have no problems with the staff / cashiers. I do however have a problem with a particular pharmacist. I walked up to the front to check in to get a covid test. The pharmacist at the front kindly pointed me to the second window to check in. I stood at the window for a few min, and then decided to SIT DOWN IN FRONT OF THE CHECK IN WINDOW. Didn’t make eye contact with any of the pharmacists back there, as they were busy (understandably so.) I didn’t catch the man’s name, but the pharmacist after 15 minutes passed my appointment time (mind you, there were no other patients in line.) the male pharmacist made eye contact with me. He said in a snarky tone, “can I help you?” I said, “I have an appointment for a covid test.” And he scoffed and said something like, “Well, you need to check in at the desk so I know you’re here.” Not sure how sitting in front of the desk vs standing at the front desk would do much of a difference?? Speaking from an able bodied person, I hope he doesn’t treat people with disabilities who may not be able to STAND IN FRONT OF THE DESK TO CHECK IN like he treated me. Do better. Be a kind human. Healthcare and pharmacy work is hard, but it takes very little energy to ask a question kindly. ."
"It is completely unacceptable that they would run my prescription without any authorization and then brush off my concerns with such indifference. My attempt to ensure that my scripts were transferred to Mercy pharmacy was met with unhelpful and dismissive responses, leaving me to navigate the situation on my own. And when I reached out to Walgreens to inquire about the unauthorized run of my script, I was met with more evasiveness and unprofessionalism. This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful but also potentially dangerous as it can lead to medication errors and even harm to people's health. Walgreens pharmacy's lack of accountability and poor customer service is a clear indication that they do not value this communities business or well-being. I strongly advise anyone seeking pharmacy services to steer clear of Walgreens pharmacy. Their disregard for proper procedures and customer service is a red flag that should not be ignored. There are plenty of other pharmacies out there that will provide you with the level of care and attention you deserve."
