"The girl at the register was very nice and pretty."
"The employees are very friendly with me always And are willing to help me find what I need"
"Worst Walgreens I’ve ever ever dealt with… hands down. Every single time I come here everyone seems so confused and unorganized they neverrrrr know what they’re talking about medicine wise. The manager Paul in pharmacy.. I genuinely wonder how this clueless man was placed as a pharmaceutical manager. I kid you not, every time I come here (unfortunately often because it’s closest to my home) everyone is so confused and slow…"
"It was quiet but everyone seemed depressed there. The candy was on sale two for $2.00 or half price. It should stay that way because it's a $1.25 at most in the dollar stores. I never did see any pharmacist orTech in sight, so there will be no medicine today everyone. None of the employees were asking how they could help me find what I was shopping for. The photo counter employee just did the bare necessity, just enough to fing me up and cash me out, but didn't sound interested in work or customer service at all. At least they have open restroom there. It's in a nice convenient location for South St. Louis and Oakville/Lemay/South County customers. If I was manager I'd stress the importance of making the customers happy. After all, the customer, is the MOST IMPORTANT PERSON IN ANY BUSINESS. They still card customers who are buying tobacco products here, even if they're 90 years old! What happened to the Good ol' days if the neighborhood pharmacy that had soda pop, ice cream, and Coke plus service with a smile?!"
