"AWFUL customer service. Cost me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS, because they didn’t do their due diligence! Constantly gave me the run around. Would order and pay for prescriptions and they would fail or forget to mail them. If you can I STRONGLY suggest you go elsewhere. They caused me so much stress and anxiety!"

My question both days has been, "where is my order?" bc I was assured it would be overnighted. Which it wasn't. Why does this take an hour and 39 mins so far to figure out?"

"I'm currently recovering from brain tumor surgery. I can't drive and the St. Louis office is not close so they FedEx the medication I need to control the pain and wicked headaches. If I could give minus stars I would. They not only had my doctors prescription for over a week in advance but they refuse to mail it until I'm out there of medication. I tried to explain that I take my last pill before I go to bed and if you wait then I'll wake up with in pain. After several phone calls they then agreed to have it to me first thing in the morning. I woke up 7am and suffered until the script came at noon. If they had only sent it the day before I would not have had this problem. Their staff is rude (one hung up on me) and uncaring about their customers. It's not like I'm a pill seeking addict... I'm recovering from a tumor being removed from my brain!!! Although this is specialty medication I called Walgreens and as long as they have a few business days notice they can order the medication. So my suggestion is to go to Walgreens. Everyone lives close to those."
