"They only get 2 stars because they accept the more uncommon form of payment I use - otherwise it would be 1 star. I've tried using this pharmacy multiple times. They should be be a dentist for how much like getting them to do their job accurately and promptly is like pulling teeth! Multiple times I come and they don't even begin processing the scripts I am picking up until I bother them about it. In some cases, I've had to come back multiple days in a row until they finally filled it! Ridiculous! One of my New Year's goals is to get all my medical things in order - including finding a new pharmacy."

"They Have cought some mistakes my doctors have made. Very happy about that! Just wish they would package meds.all togeather ,like morning meds. Lunch meds. And bed time ones. That way you take morning package in the morning. And so on and so forth."

"It's reassuring to see that there are others out there that received great customer service. I did not.... Before I even approached the counter I waited in line for roughly ten minutes, in that time I was never greeted and there were 6 people working. They would look at me and not say anything. The girl that helped me finally seemed so reluctant, like she played rock paper scissors and lost.. she didn't even smile, and spoke very softly. They didn't even have my prescription ready and it was called in 5 days prior. I had to leave and come back.. I work with medication on a day to day basic. It takes roughly 2-5 minutes to fill a medication. Sure, it's for animals but it's the same concept. The second time I came back I was helped by the same girl, same go around, but this time all the workers seemed to actually want to help the three other people waiting behind me instead of hang back behind the second counter This whole experience was terrible... horrible customer service"

"I feel like the pharmacists do genuinely care for their patients and have always answered my questions and reviewed the prescriptions with me. I will continue to get my prescriptions here as they are cheaper than others and the staff is friendly."
