"The billing service is horrible!! My payment plan was denied twice, the first time it was declined due to a financial hardship but the second payment plan arrangement was denied and the payment wasn’t even due until the 24th of November and today is just November 8th!! I spoke with someone who put me on hold and then hung up on me and never tried calling back!! I then called back and no one never answered for me, I was waiting 11 minutes!! My son is going through a serious health condition and they’re talking about his care could be denied. I will contacting an Attorney!!!!"

"I am very disappointed in their billing. They are charging the remaining amount due immediately to the card you have on file WITHOUT the patient even seeing the EOB and remaining balance beforehand. I was just charged again without even knowing what the remaining balance was from the appointment. It is ludicrous that I am charged the exact same day the bill uploads to mychart. The practice manager, Andrew, at Wheaton Pediatrics was kind enough to meet with me after an appointment to hear the issue that happened the first time and told me he would call me back the following Tuesday. I received no phone call or follow up. What a shame."

"Every person you talk to will give you a different answer and none are right. They do not follow through with what they claim they will do and their billing and credit card policy is insane. The second you have a balance they charge your credit card without informing you. If they made an error billing your insurance they just charge your card. Took 5 months to be reimbursed over $400 because they made an error with my insurance company."

"These pediatricians are not in the best interest of your newborn. They’re a money hungry greedy practice. They stated my child was uninsured. I received a voicemail from them to call within 24 hours about this and then my account was charged $1000 out of my account before I could even call them back. I called them before the 24 hours were up and they said they could not refund my money until the insurance made the payment. This will likely result in being a lengthy process in even getting out money back because our insurance confirmed that our child is insured. I would consider getting a different pediatrician for your child. They’ll be in Better care and will have a competent billing office."

"PediaTrust bought our pediatrician's office a few years ago and while we have nothing but positive feelings about our doctors, the billing practices of PediaTrust leave a lot to be desired. They are not patient friendly and they will call you the exact same day that you are emailed a statement to process a payment. I have never once been late on a payment and told the representative I find this distasteful."
