"The assistant named Amy just hang up on me while I was explaining her my situation. I wanted to cancel my insurance and that’s how they talked to me, didn’t appreciate at all. Don’t think I’ll ever take their service again."

"It would be negative stars if that were possible to do. Our Agent was unhelpful in addressing my concerns & Allstate rates are rates for our bundled auto's & home was absurd! The final straw was when I paid our auto premium in full and they did not give me the savings, my Agent ignored my calls of inquiry but I was persistent. When I finally was able to have a conversation with her for the reason, she blamed it on the Corporate office, with gave me no real reason! Leaving Allstate has saved us just over 2k a year and so people out there know...the coverages are not only comparable but better! So no, **** NO, I won't be recommending Allstate to anyone. "My experience with Allstate " Rod Lovelace" office has been terrible. High deductibles as high as $**** dollars for my homeowner insurance when I purchased my home in ****. I made an inquiry regarding my car insurance and the agent suggested that I combine my auto and homeowner insurance and I could possibly get a better rate. I received the quote, and it was a better rate than what I previously had initially. So, I decided to combine my policies car and homeowner. However, after receiving a call from Rod Lovelace Allstate office that, my roof was inspected, w/o notifying me. I questioned the validity of the report. And if they had a legal right to come on my property w/o notifying me so that I could be at my home. The inspection that Allstate allegedly received stated that my roof had buckling and three loose shingles. I disagreed, because I had new gutters and leaf guards installed and was told that my roof was in good shape. This appears to be a way for them to reject the quote that was given to me. I s/w Rod Lovelace personally and he gave me his word that he would I would hear from him regarding the inspection and my homeowners rate. I have yet to hear from him. Allstate ."

"A happy customer! Got into an accident, at fault driver making a left turn out of McDonald while I was going straight Called the 1-800 customer services reported the accident after a police report Got a call from my agent the next day and a call plus an email from my adjuster Told me the at fault insurance will be hard to deal with(turns out true), but all state will take care of me! In which they did, gave me an estimate told me to go to any repair shop I like, just give them the estimate and the shop will discuss with all state Additional supplements were ordered and approved on the spot no question asked! Six months later, something was off, took it back to the repair shop they are unable to fix it.  All state originally told me I need to go back to the original shop but after hearing what I said they agreed that I need to go to the dealership.  Sent them the invoice, reimbursed me 5min after I submitted everything! A year later, all state still waiting on the at fault insurance to pay them back LOL ALL STATE is the BEST! THANK YOU!!!"
