"USA Vein Clinics really are experts in vein treatment. Professionals. Did what they said they would. My leg pain completely stopped after 1 month of the treatment thanks to the vein doctors in Northbrook.. Also worth mentioning, that the treatment took only 15 minutes and my insurance covered it 100%! What could be better as a free treatment! Don't wait for pain to get worth - call these guys."
"Horrible Horrible customer service, especially their medical records department. They NEVER answer the phone and the calls keep on bouncing back to the billing department. Every time I call, I speak to at least 6-7 people who try to transfer me to their medical records with no success. The calls end up being disconnected. They are supposed to refund me for a record I never received but I go nowhere with them.I will NEVER use their service again. I will rate them less than Zero if I can."
"Belmont location. By Far the worst experience ever!!! Went in for treatment of the right leg(GSV). Started procedure on June 6th. On June 20th, treatment #3. My leg became severely infected. My leg grew twice its normal size because of the swelling. I could not walk or sleep because of the pain. I went in to the doctors office on June 27th for a pain visit. I was told, this was normal. I had a fever, chills and extreme pain. Instead the wound is cleaned with iodine, and says, the swelling will go down. I was prescribed an antibiotic. When I get to the pharmacy, the pharmacy technician tells me the prescription was incorrectly written. The pharmacy tech tries calling the doctors office, but the doctor’s office doesn’t have a direct line, all calls go to a call center. I waited, and waited and no one ever got back to the pharmacy tech. I decided to drive back to the clinic near Milwaukee and Belmont from Pilsen. I get to the doctors office and explain the situation, and they say, you could’ve just called. I said, how am I suppose to call if there is no direct line to this office! They tried writing another prescription, but they didn’t have a prescription book at hand or could not send the prescription directly to the pharmacy. Finally customer service calls me from Vein Clinic Center and tells me that I can pick up the prescription the following day at a different clinic location. Keep in mind, I am in serious pain, can’t walk, I’m burning up with a fever and chilis. That same day I ended up in The emergency room. The ER doctor reacts with, what the hell happened to your leg! I was there for one night. I was hooked up to an IV immediately to help bring down the severe infection and swelling. The Following week I went to see the doctor, AGAIN, to show what happened and how I ended up in the hospital, and to ALSO show my leg, which was still swollen and in pain. Again, I was told this was normal. It is now July 29, YES JULY 29th, and I have a huge lump about 4 inches in diameter, which I was told is healing tissue. I went to see my primary care doctor. She said this needs to be seen by a surgeon because it might need to be drained. THIS DOES NOT LOOK NORMAL.This is my experience and I’m not here to put anybody down or give a bad reputation to anyone, perhaps this was just my bad luck. Good luck to all of you that read this review and are thinking of varicose vein treatment. Do your research, and do it well before going to any clinic. I would add photos but I don’t think anybody wants to see a severely swollen and infected leg. Too graphic!!!"
"After several treatments and follow-up assessments, I honestly expected a better outcome. My last follow-up indicates I still “need work” so I am scheduled to go back AGAIN for another assessment next month. Anthony The technician is excellent. That we are not finished with the extensive treatments comes as a real surprise."
