"We have been using Pediatric Associates North Aurora for a little over 2 years and I don't know where these negative reviews come from. We did have not the greatest experience with the Pediatric Associates in Naperville but the North Aurora location has always gotten us in and we're super friendly and accommodating. Love the doctors here!!!!"

"Absolutely (worst) and last place for kids..! If you come with sick baby.. first they do everything only appointments (don’t try helping your baby never ever) question ,,insurance,, and telling you a lot of times..: Typically we just getting only appointments.., for question about you never know and planning feature sickness baby for getting appointments! They said yes, but typically we do not have appointments for now..!! We not coming for conversation with front desk ladies, or nurses with distance vision diagnostic.. so what I mean..: if you see any problems with baby, don’t try coming. P.S. (we got meeting with doctor here, but that 1h nervous conversation with everyone here) doctor was amazing! Getting us and trying understand.. but helpers :front desk, nurses was horrible! Not at all.. but is most of them."

"Never going back. I was just 10 minute late after driving 35 minutes in pouring rain with 2 kids. They canceled my appointment and I’m sure are going to charge the cancel fee. They wouldn’t let me in and moved my appointment to 1:00 well, I live 45 minutes away and wouldn’t have time to drive home and back. Plus I have 2 kids including one 3 month who will need to be fed and changed and can’t sit in the car for 4 hours. So I was going to wait for the 1:00 appointment. Then they kicked me and my babies out of the waiting room after telling us we have to wait for a new appointment. Not to mention she was rude about everything. I’ve been going here for 5 years and it was always only subpar but I didn’t want to switch records and everything so I just stayed. But this was the last straw for me. Find someone else I highly recommend that. Do not Go here. You think they would be a little more accommodating since they work with moms with kids."
