"I was going to this place with my mom who is on permanent disability. Her past dr retired and all his patients ended up in this clinic. She was on alot of meds and high doses. She worked with milena and was drastically cut down and switched off certain meds. Since going to this clinic my mom's disease traveled throughout her body and she had seen specialists to confirm so. When the weather is bad her pain levels increase and her body cramps up. She is unable to do normal daily activities and the pain levels give her insomnia. Due to this her meds ran out sooner than her appointments and she was nothing but honest with milena the entire time she was in the clinic. She was trying to work with her to see if something would work better for her. She was trying to get off of a lot of meds because they're no longer working for her. She has a very low pain tolerance and it's crippling her. Idk how many times she cried trying to explain her issues. Milena is not a good person to be working in this office. When you are working with patients with pain you need to be compassionate. She is not compassionate and she also got the front desk to basically attack my mom as well. It resulted in her dropping my mom as a patient accusing her of addiction. Now she is left in limbo with nothing. People like this will cause others to commit suicide. Not understanding the so called invisible pain milena called it. She also told my mom that well if the doctors haven't figured out how to help you in the past 11 years then they're not going to. I'm disgusted by milenas behavior and how she literally scolded my mother like a child before storming out of the office and going in the back with the rest of the staff as if she were hiding to avoid confrontation. There was no confrontation to he had there was no clarification on false accusations and because the ball is in her court and she has written God knows what in the chart if my mom does find another doctor she will likely be flagged. Disgusting behavior."

"I did have a 35 minute wait before my procedure but the staff was very nice and apologized for the wait time. I felt I was cared for, the procedure was done under anesthesia so I have no recollection of how it went but when I awoke I was cared for offered something to eat while I fully came off the anesthesia."

"How they got 5 stars and they have so mean front desk lady. She’s not nice at all. She’s never ever know how to talk with a patient. I don’t know what she’s think about her self a doctor, a manger or the owner of the clinic. I want to complain next appointment and see who give her a permission to take like that."

"Would NEVER recommend this place. This APN Milena Jones is not a good person to see. She obviously did not read anything that was asked of. She saw me for 60 seconds without asking a question or an attempt to listen. She gave not one recommendation for anything to help not even injections. She was a ignorant, lousy, biased snot who walked out of the room without communication. Complete waste of time for me and everyone who gathered and sent ALL the information requested. DO NOT SEE this individual. You will leave more frustrated than you already are with no relief or plan whatsoever. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN. As for Lauren and Libby they were very pleasant and Libby is super nice, cool and an excellent listener. Too bad she's not the APN."

"Highly recommend this place. Super clean, and efficient. They address all my worries and the best treatment plan. The staff handle every step with my insurance. Stress free apt, they called the next day to see how I was feeling just because I mentioned I was not feeling the best. I felt I was not just another time slot, they really cared."
