"There may be good counselors here but unfortunately I had a horrible counselor that took advantage me a few years ago. I had a few sessions with him (black, older man) and shared my experience with SA and then he later hit on me AND sat directly in front of the door so I couldn't easily exit. He loves to use a lot of acronyms apart of his therapy and pass them all off as his own too. It took me a long time to go back to therapy after my experience with him. Just be careful if you go here or anywhere else. He made me always pay cash or write checks in his name."

"I've had one session and it's been downhill ever since. There was a billing dispute due to the "office manager. We have been having a lot of changes to our billing and she has been overwhelmed with that right now so it could take a while". Been trying to get in touch with Adam Maldonado for a while. My last email to him was on 2/3/2021 with no response. I called and left a message on his mailbox on 2/9/2021 with no response. It is now 2/17/2021. I just called and left a message in the general mailbox hoping someone gets back to me. I'm trying to see if I have an outstanding balance since that was never fully elaborated on for what I would owe. Every time I would reach out to Adam I would not get a response back for days leading up to a week. I do not plan on coming back due to this sort of "professionalism". Please, someone get back to me. This has so far not been helping me with "Taking Control"."
