He was very responsive to our needs, quickly rectified issues, and brought me in on all critical decisions. Even catered to our exacting requirements. One small bit of feedback, Hugo, the guy that was subcontracted for the installation of the fence arm motors, did not provide us instruction manuals for the gates, nor the manufacturer warranty info. The next morning I got a call indicating they had mistakenly double booked and would not be out. Instead they offered to come out on Saturday (anytime) to complete the project. I responded that the same window on Saturday would be fine. They never responded or tried to contact me again. I got the work completed and don't wish to hear from them now."
