"I lived in the Petretti Apartments from 2000-2004 and again from 2010-2013. I may be looking again at something on the northside early next year. Rita Petretti was the first person i contacted and will be meeting her next week to discuss. I had the absolute best experience in those 7 years living there. "Applying for an apartment is very discouraging when you have an old lady rude and saying you probly wont qualify I dont think id want to live in a place run by 2 old rude bittys, if your credit has to be perfect I guess there would be alot living in the streets, management is key, this is a thumbs down. My daughter has long term pd rental history and a JOB, as being a manager myself before retirement your personality is poor! Who wants to deal with these crabs?"

"I was looking forward to moving into these apartments with my sister. We had an appointment to tour the apartment, but it was canceled. We were told one of us needs to make at least $20 an hour, however that isn't a policy. I make $18 an hour, and my sister would be making $20 once she switched to second shift. They did not care. They insisted we go to their other location, which is mainly college students. Both of us have graduated. We have no desire to be in that area. It would lengthen our work commute. The 18th St. location is extremely close to where our grandmother lives. It would have been so nice to be able to help and visit her more. She was really looking forward to it. I let my sister handle the phone calls since she is older, and I tend to be a pushover. We were strung along for about two weeks. I can understand the hesitancy when it comes to young adults, but this was so unprofessional. I've decided I'm going to speak my mind. You may think we are immature "20 somethings" but I will have you know we are good people. We've both had jobs since we were 16 and worked our backsides off to get this far. My sister and I are quiet individuals. We do not party. You denied us before meeting us, and that's disappointing."

"I have lived in Petretti for 3 years and I had an amazing experience. My landlord Trish was incredible in the way she managed my apartment. I was always able to get ahold of her for any questions, the maintenance team was quick and efficient if we had any issues. Our toilet tank had a leak and they replaced it within 24 hrs. Same with the refrigerator and when our dishwasher was jammed. They were prompt and always fixed the issue. The prices are unbeatable, and the community is very friendly. The location is perfect, being close to restaurants, schools, and bars or salons. The grounds are mowed weekly, keeping the appearance outside very neat. Snow is plowed immediately in the lot. The community washer/dryer are always accessible and there is an online payment option which made my life easier! I loved living on the second floor and being able to open my balcony door during the nice weather. This is a fantastic option to call home!"

"I have been a tenant at Petretti Apartments for almost 4 years now. The apartment grounds have been kept immaculate and is consistently being upgraded. During the Winter months the parking lot is kept clean of snow throughout the day and night. Brand new lights have been installed to illuminate and highlight the beautiful inner courtyard which is set up with beautiful places to sit and relax and enjoy your surroundings. Any issues that have arisen for me have been taken care of immediately and without question. Rita Petretti has been great to deal with and answers calls and emails promptly. I highly recommend choosing Petretti Apartments for your next home!"
