Good luck with getting in touch with anyone no one answers the phone and all the contacts are via email no good."

"Has to be one of the worst property management companies I’ve ever encountered. I’ve been trying to check availability for a unit they manage and can not get anyone on the phone or to call me back. Voicemail is for a Brent Horvey and his Instagram he looks like a child that has no idea what he’s doing. I’ve called him at least 5 times now just simply looking to check availability and I would most likely end up renting on spot and he just doesn’t have the decency to call me back or pick up any of my calls. He actually ignored my last call and again, I have not been able to speak with him once.. is this how they treat all their new inquiries? Not sure. Extremely unreliable, if you are looking for them to manage one of your properties I would strongly advise you look elsewhere."

"We lived in an apartment building run by the Horvay group in Waukegan for a short period of time. Brent was very professional and we enjoyed our time there and never had any issues. The property is remodeled and in good condition. We are a military family and had to move out sooner than anticipated and they were more than helpful with the process. I would recommend the Horvay group for other military families or anyone else!"

"Ive been living in the Waukegan Elmwood property for 6mos now and I am very pleased with the unit and the office staff. The unit is clean and updated, which is hard to find. The building is quiet and Ive never had an issue with my neighbors. The laundry room is clean, with functioning machines...a big problem at my previous apartment complex. And the storage units are HUGE! The office staff is very responsive to any questions or concerns regarding my unit. The building is also conveniently located within walking distance of plenty of stores and plazas. I would highly recommend!"
