"Great place to stay with your family or if you are single. Flexible leasing options provided and affordable rent. The location is close to all the big companies like Abbott, Abbvie, Medline etc. and When it comes to the leasing office the people are very friendly and also the emergency maintenance is quick to respond whenever you need them. 0.5 miles from Walmart, , Aldi, Chipotle, BWW, Dunkin.... 1.5 miles from Indian Store. 3 miles to Lewis Fresh Market."

"My experience in Emhurst was excellent, from the first day the treatment was respectful and I never had any type of problem with the office, or with the neighbors, much less for the parking of my cars, maintenance is excellent and honest, the price is good and I recommend 100% if you are looking for an apartment to rent .. Would you go back to Emhurst Lake Apartments? Yes."

"This is the arm pit of Waukegan. All managment cares about is you paying your rent. Maintenance is done with the cheapest materials on the market. Garbage laying all over. Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Hasn't been updated in 30 years."
