Mercy Clinic Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery - Southfork

"Downright scam! My daughter came here after she broke her pinky finger to see Meghan Talley Glover. She was told she will need to wear a finger brace to hold the finger in place. We asked can we just order one of those on Amazon--were told this goes through insurance and trust us and get one from us it will be much better. Much to our surprise, a bill came a few weeks later for 200 dollars from their partner DJO Global. When we presented this to insurance insurance said what I would say--who on earth pays 200 dollars for basically a wrist wrap. They payed 40 dollars and now I am stuck with a 160 dollar bill for something you wrap your hand with. Shame on them for doing this. Pure exploitation. We specifically asked is this going to be a problem - oh no will be fine. And look at us now. Then when you look up their partner--DJO Global...you see 1.8 star reviews with oceans of complaints. Beware of getting anything from this location to heal your child with. Unless you want a bill that is 5x the normal price of what that same item costs anywhere else."

"Dr Anderson is an exceptional orthopedic surgeon that I highly recommend. If we had to wait two hours to see him which we have never had to wait that long we would because I would rather wait for a doctor that is brilliant and dedicated to his patients instead of a doctor who could care less. I have had quiet a few people come up to us lately and tell us how great Dr Anderson was with there child."
