These doctors are absolutely amazing and work so well together. They never fail to impress me. PNP, Lunnenn has cared for my daughter for 10 years and I will recommend him to anyone. "I chose to take my daughter here because of Wash U's positive reputation. The physician himself was adequate and followed up with a phone call. I was billed over $1000 for blood work and was treated poorly by the receptionist when I called with questions. I was told to call billing; billing told me to call the doctor's office; the office sent me back to billing. When I consider the base-level service we received in comparison to the unhelpful staff and absurd cost (and I have private insurance!), I would not recommend nor will I return. Zero stars for the business side of things; two stars because the physician was okay."
