"Absolutely disgusting treatment not only of pets but of customers too. Was sold a pet plan that covered NOTHING. It included teeth cleaning that was then quoted $1,200 to actually use. Was told teeth needed pulling when they didn’t. No wait vet appointments that were never honoured. Then took 8 month of constant calling and emailing to get care plans cancelled. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I wish i could rate them zero stars."

"SCAM. If we could give them no stars, we would. EVERY SINGLE TIME my daughter needs to bring her puppy in, they never have an opening...not even when you're paying for one of their SCAM packages. Very rude and uncaring. Oh, and if you want to cancel your monthly membership plan, there's a $48 fee for doing so. WORST VET IN GEORGETOWN!!! Katie just told me that maybe had I called this morning, they could have got us in. Well, the puppy just started having diarrhea this afternoon and we called immediately. It's Friday and they just don't want to give us the time of day. We even collected the samples for them. They referred my daughter to the emergency clinic where she'll be charged an outrageous amount of money she doesn't have, after having spent a significant amount of money at HER OWN VET, and after buying a scam package from her own vet. Again, don't say we didn't warn you."

"I really like staff and care here. Im considered to be kinda a crazy dog mom but i have no real problems here. The vet is good guy and hes honest. Hes also kind which helps me a lot because i have so many questions and want the best for my baby cowboy. Its a casual and calm environment yet professional. I find it to be a very happy medium."
