"Love this place miss living here. The best apartment complex I've ever lived in!!! Marybeth and Maggie are amazing... Can't thank them enough for making my stay there such a great experience. I lived there for over 6 years and the staff was so accommodating. Anytime I needed a repair when I called them the problem was fixed by that evening when I got off work.The property is well groomed and hallways are spotless. If you're thinking of moving here you're making a great decision!!!"

"This is a really nice place. We are new to the area and I researched possible apt options ahead of time. We drove up and this is the only placed we felt we needed to see. Four months later its a really great place to live. Very quiet, nice residents, well-kept property. Have only had one maintenance request and it was handled very quickly. Its odd to me there would be any negative reviews because I have zero issue pointing out negative experiences if warranted and I have had only positive experiences here."

"Terrible experience living here. Management has no problem getting you set up for a lease but once you’re in you’re on your own. Can not get phone calls returned from the office, and when you have time sensitive material sent out you get it days later! I had my lease renewal show up and expected to be turned in 6 days later! Talked to the office about doing a lease extension and received an angry letter from the office about needing to let them know our status. Also was dated a few days prior and there was only one day left to respond, mind you I had already talked to Maribeth about extended our current lease a month prior. She seems to be the only one that has any idea what is going on. I rented a garage, because I only had use of it for half of the first month I was prorated. Fast forward to after paying rent and here comes another nasty gram asking to pay the remainder of the garage. So I had to walk across the street to the office and show them my signed contract. There is no communication over there at all. If you need something hurry up and wait, if they need something from you they will magically get ahold of you. The units are nice and the property well maintained, the office staff really let the whole experience down."

"I have been happy living at "Courts of the Falling Waters" for the past 2 months. The apartments are very nice, and the bedrooms are very spacious. The bath and toilet are of good quality and the grounds seem to be very well maintained. So far the staff have been really great! They quickly take care of problems and are very friendly. There seems to be plenty of parking available, and during snow the parking lot was cleared quickly. The price seems good for the area, which is calm and with lots of trees and with supermarkets and diners nearby. There are a few things which aren't perfect: The playground is not really great, but there are parks within a 15 minutes walking distance, so it is not really a problem. There are multiple doors for getting outside, which is a hassle, especially with a baby carriage, but it is important for the cold winters. I hope I will continue to enjoy living there as long as I will be staying in the area."
