"These are decent apartments. Modern appliances. It’s close to the tollway. It’s not far from restaurants, auto shops, gas stations, grocery stores, etc. You’re mins away from Lisle, Woodridge, Naperville, Bolingbrook, Lombard, and Westmont. I live in a one bedroom with a patio. It’s a good size for 1-2 people. You can have cats and dogs. They have a small gym, pool, basketball/tennis courts on the far left, and a sand volleyball court. They have public laundry rooms but if you pay more you can have a washer and dryer in your apartment. It’s very useful if you like to do laundry late at night. Some of the apartments will have walk-in closets. If you live upstairs you’ll have a nice balcony. Maintenance is very good here, they respond quickly. The apartment staff is very pleasant and helpful. They provide cat sitting in case you’re out of town. They can only change the food and water, they can’t empty the cat litter. Your neighbors in your building are very kind. They’ll bring in your packages and set it by the mail area. That’s if it’s not too heavy or bulky. Cons: Spacious parking although you’ll find that people don’t have parking skills. Your “neighbors” also drive like idiots here. They either drive super slow or they pull out in front of you. Be wary that these neighbors also like to walk in front of cars vs using the sidewalks. Like anywhere else, you got morons living close to you. It’s relatively safe but you do see a bunch of random weirdos that drive around the parking lots and not really stopping. Overall about a 3.5 due to the incompetent drivers, idiots, and weirdos."
"We moved in just over 10 years ago and stayed for about a year, because we ended up buying a house (we were new to the Chicagoland area and needed a place to stay before we got a house). I really enjoyed the place. It was accommodating, the staff and maintenance teams were great, and the apartment was well put together. It was a good springboard to our first home."
"I love living here. The apartments are well structured such that it gives you a cozy feeling. Great people in neighborhood too. Been living here for 2+ years now."
"My girlfriend and I have lived at Bristol Club for quite a while (her for 3 years, me for a year and a half) and have to say that we were so happy with the experience. The complex is relatively modern with good rates, but what really has set it apart has been the staff working in the front office. In every interaction I personally had with the staff, I always felt that they were extremely understanding and genuinely cared to solve whatever issue or situation that was being dealt with. The complex also occasionally hosted community events (like a Autumn festival or memorial day grill out) which made it so easy to meet your neighbors and make the place feel even more like home. I've I ever move back to the area, Bristol club is certainly the first place I am going to look!"
"I've lived at Bristol club for about 2 years and it's been a great experience. We did have a pipe burst because of the -40F winter (2 of my friends also had flooding issues at different times), but maintenance was over to help me within 10-15 minutes. The maintenance team and the management staff have all been amazing. They are professional, accommodating, and are always really good about communicating, such as the resident newsletter or updates on staffing hours. The apartments aren't the most up to date (though, they are working to update more apartments), but it's very clean and safe. I've never had an issue about cars/parking. It's very convenient to get on and off the highway. I see lots of people walk/run/walk their dogs around the perimeter of the complex. My only complaints are cars honking sometimes at night if you live closer to Maple st and the small gym (it gets busy after everyone gets off of work), but those are things I can look past because of the great management."
